Class Procedures and Reminders
My comments. I'm working through the Favorite Places posts, and then I will move on to the Introduction posts which I'll be commenting on this week and next. It's fun seeing all the different Favorite Places! Then, next week you will also start commenting on the Introduction posts, meeting other people in the class; that commenting assignment will be ready on next Tuesday.
Blog links and images. I wanted to remind everybody to make sure you are creating clickable links in your posts and also that you are uploading images instead of remote linking (hotlinking). For specific help with links and images, see these pages for more info: Links in Blogger and Blogger Images: Always Upload. And if you have any questions about the blogging, just let me know!
All feedback welcome! I'm really grateful when people let me know about something that is not clear, a link that is not working, etc. When you email me, be as specific as you can about the problem. If there is a problem with a webpage, include the address of the webpage in your email and/or a screenshot. That will help me find and fix the problem.

Storybook Archive. This project is from the Myth-Folklore class: Weather Gods. As a traveler in time and space, you will meet the New Zealand storm god Tawhirimatea, the Indian thunder-god Indra who defeated the drought-demon Vritra, along with the Aztec god Tlaloc and the Norse god Thor, famous for his thunder-hammer, Mjolnir.
Story of the Day. Today's story is an Aesop's fable: The Pig, The Sheep, and the Goat. The sheep and the goat don't understand why the pig is squealing, but the pig knows that being a pig is very different from being a sheep or a goat.
