Class Procedures and Reminders
Project Stack. If you turned something in before 8PM on Sunday, you should have gotten comments back from me by now, and I'll get through as much of the stack as I can today; you can always check the stack to make sure I received your project. Anything left in the stack at the end of the day today will be at the top of the stack for Monday.
Week 11: Election Day holiday. Some of you noticed the Week 11 Tuesday Reading item in Canvas when you were checking your progress this week: that's the Election Day holiday item which I marked for everyone automatically. You can read more about that here in this previous announcement.
The following items are for fun and exploration:
Blog stream. People have been sharing fun stuff during the review week, and who can resist Taeam's adorable cats... so cute!

And some typo humor from Tom Gauld.
Finally, a beautiful video to ponder at the end of the week, with words from Alan Watts:
October 16: Oscar Wilde. Today marks the birthday in the year 1854 of the great Irish writer, Oscar Wilde. You can read more about Oscar Wilde's life and career as a writer in this Wikipedia article. My favorite works by Oscar Wilde are his fairy tales, which you can read online. The image below is an illustration by Jessie King for Wilde's fairy tale entitled The Fisherman and His Soul:
And here is an animated version of his story The Selfish Giant. This was one of my favorite films when I was little!
