Class Procedures and Reminders

Success Tip: Remember to upload images. If you try to copy-and-paste images instead of uploading, you may run into trouble later. So, save yourself some worry and take a minute to download and then upload the images you use in your blog posts and webpages. That way you can avoid warnings like these from Pixabay and other sites that don't allow remote linking. More information: Upload Blog Post Images.

Project Stack. Yesterday I replied to all the assignments turned in on Sunday, and I'll be working on the rest of the stack today. While you are waiting on comments back from me, you can check the stack to make sure I received your email.

The following items are for fun and exploration:

Blog Stream. A lot of people have been watching the Epified "Secrets" videos in Indian Epics and sharing great observations about the gods and goddesses of India, like this post from Logan which I noticed because he included an image of the famous Shiva of Murudeshwara in Karnataka. It is one of the tallest Shiva stautes in world: he is 123 feet tall!

In this photo you can see how he sits right at the water's edge:

Myth Item. If you think you're having a hard day, think about poor medieval "wound man" who appears in medieval and early modern medical texts. Find out more at the Public Domain Review: The Many Lives of the Medieval Wound Man.
