Today is Sunday of Week 9 ... and welcome back from Spring Break. If you did not finish Week 9 before the Break, then today is the day to finish up. You can find all the assignments for this week and next week at the Class Calendar. Safe travels to those of you who are on the road home today!

Class Procedures and Reminders

Extra credit options. Just like every week, there are all kinds of great extra credit options, and you can see the Week 9 extra credit options here. Especially if you know the end of the semester is going to get hectic for you, you can do some extra credit now to give yourself room to maneuver later.

Project Stack. There are a lot of items in the stack that have come in over Spring Break, and I'll start working on those in the order received starting on Monday. As always, you can check the stack to make sure I received your email.

The following items are for fun and exploration:

Blog Stream. Tamiko is the latest person to add a pet to the Padlet of Pets, a fun extra-credit option (details), and of course friends' pets are welcome too, like the sweet dog that Tamiko added.

Find out more about this and other events at the Campus Calendar online.

March 24: William Morris. Today marks the birthday of William Morris in 1834. He was one of the most gifted designers in the English tradition, as well as being an author and activist. You can read all about his life and career in this Wikipedia article, and here is one of his paintings, La Belle Iseult:
